How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen book or product to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify-supported payment gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at saltyminds@yahoo.com with your order details.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses Shopify’s encrypted and secure payment system to ensure your details are protected.
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship primarily within Australia using flat-rate shipping. If you’d like to order from overseas, please contact us at saltyminds@yahoo.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How are pre-orders handled?
Pre-order items (like our children’s book Lenny The Shredder) will ship on the release date. Customers will receive email updates along the way.
